When an amazing South Jersey wedding photographer asks if you would be interested in assisting them at a few wedding during the summer, you say helllllassss yes! I am so honored Bonnie owner of Bonnie Wireback Photography http://bonniewireback.zenfolio.com/ has been allowing me to assist her and I have been learning so much about lighting and the wedding industry as a whole. It’s great to see how she handles different situations brilliantly and she is beyond extremely sweet! It awesome to be able to use the knowledge I’m learning during these times and using them during my clients photoshoots. I really have enjoyed he wedding season thus far and hope I can book a few more weddings next year.
Back on April 8th, this adorable couple got hitched. We met Amanda on this beautiful spring day during bridal prep at the Wyndham Philadelphia in Mount Laurel, NJ. You could tell she was extremely excited that her big day had arrived. Everything from top to bottom was accented in her eggplant purple wedding color. She was as cool as a cucumber and just enjoyed the entire experience unfolding before her.
How adorable were her personalized wine glasses she gave each bridesmaid! Seriously I am such a sucker for the small details!
The song “Girls Just want to Have Fun” keeps playing through my head every time I view this photo!
Justin left Amanda a sweet little gift of this gorgeous Amethyst bracelet to wear on their wedding day.
These girls were fabulous and we were right on time arriving at Valenzano Winery in Shamong, NJ https://valenzanowine.com/ where Amanda and Justin would exchange their nuptials and also host their reception. Once we got there we started right into formals for the bridal party.
The flower girls at the wedding were the cutest, seriously?!?! Look at them! Bonnie even featured the one on her Facebook page! They were a bit shy around the camera at first, but quickly warmed up.
Their ceremony was lovely and I am in love with how Valenzano set up the backdrop where they exchanged their vows. Beautiful hints of the wine theme with barrels and corks arranged in the Mr. & Mrs. sign behind the couple keeping it classy without going overboard.
The ceremony space was quickly changed into the reception area during cocktail hour and I got to capture one of the flower girl living out their princess dream on the dance floor. I mean what little girl doesn’t dream of her big day and you can see how early it starts.
I loved their three tiered cake accented with their theme color. It was fresh and modern. During their cake cutting, they each somehow managed to get icing all over each other. Their smiles were so genuine, you couldn’t help, but to feel a part of this very special moment to them.
